For regional and interstate customers, we can hold a digital meeting via Teams.
We'll commence work with a town planner and the required external consultants.
Once we have some preliminary planning advice, you'll work with the architects and FABPREFAB to establish and site the design.
This includes co-ordinating a design brief with you and producing a hand drawn sketch demonstrating how Minima could be applied to the site and brief.
Once we visit the site, FABPREFAB will provide you with budget cost estimates based on the design outcomes.
The architects will develop the design concept following feedback from step 2. This will include detailed drawings of the site, floor and roof plans, elevations and sections. The architect will also provide initial concepts for any unique joinery and finishes you would like to include.
We will give advice regarding site services and site works and continue to work with our planner and consultant team to integrate any services, regulations or authority requirements.
FABPREFAB will provide you with a project cost estimate based on the design development outcomes.
We'll consolidate and submit all of the required information for council review and approval.
Through the application process we'll attend to any additional information required by council.
On receipt of your DA we'll commence construction documentation to suit your unique build. Once this is ready, FABPREFAB will provide you with a project quote and contract for construction. We will also coordinate any secondary approval's your Council may require.
Your home will commence production in our manufacturing facility conveniently located 55 minutes north of Sydneys CBD.
We'll also establish the site and commence any site preparation that is required.
Our team will provide you with weekly updates on our client portal and will welcome you for regular visits.
Your home will be carefully delivered in its modular sections.
On arrival the modules will be placed, connected and fixed to the site in just one day.
Our team will continue to finalise your new home and any other finishes that the site may require.
On completion we'll provide you with the key to your new home along with a care package and operations manual.
