Off-Site Construction

We build up to 95% of each home in our factory, using a controlled environment to ensure precision, consistency, and protection from weather-related issues. This off-site approach keeps materials dry and construction accurate, helping prevent common problems like damp and mould. Building this way also reduces site disruptions, cuts down on waste, and shortens timelines to move you into your new home faster.
